Bathtime is a mother’s saving grace. I’m thankful my toddlers love the bath. Our routine allows me to regain a stressful morning or post-afternoon nap crankies while enjoying a cup of hot coffee.
Here are a few of our current bathtime favorites:
Nuby Hippo Spout Guard
The kids are always getting a little rowdy and Gabriel’s favorite end of the bathtub happens to be with the water spout. I no longer have to worry that when they start playing rough he’ll hurt his head. This little hippo is just the cutest. Water shoots out of his nose when the spout cover is closed. Gabriel loves giving him kisses too. It’s seriously the cutest thing ever!
This activity table was a huge hit from the moment we put it in the tub. The table suctions to the bottom of the tub and has 3 different sections for play. One side has shapes to insert into the appropriate slots. The middle is an interchangeable activity set. Our table came with the zoo mat and the tea set. My kids love having tea parties so this was perfect! These 2 could stay in the tub for hours playing with this toy! I would definitely recommend this for your little ones.
Nuby Tub Tug Boats
Floating rubber bath toys are always a hit. Especially if they can shoot water out at each other. We received these tub boats in the summer and actually used them in the pool. Now that winter is here we’ve brought them inside for their intended purpose. The kids love having little boat races and I love shooting them in the face with water and hearing them squeal. 😉
Any cup. Any size. When we’re in for quick baths the kids each get a cup. They love pouring, dumping on each other’s heads, and pretending to drink the water. The possibilities are endless with plastic cups!
And then when it’s time to get out…
The torture of being wrapped up in a bath towel and snuggled by mommy. They much prefer running through the house completely naked or with their bath towels on their head pretending to be super heroes.
