Opting for sugar free valentines this year? We’ve rounded up our favorite candy-free valentines ideas along with some super cute free printables to make life easier.
Many schools may ask for non-candy related Valentine’s for parties and some moms (ME) may just prefer for their kids to not be overburden with sugary treats. Last year we came up with a semi-sweet Valentine’s popcorn treat for a preschool party that was a hit. While it did contain only a small amount of sugar I wanted to seek out a totally different idea this year, entirely candy-free Valentines ideas. Recently my little ones and I made some delicious mandarin orange glazed muffins using one of our favorite healthy snacks to share with our neighbors, so I thought why not take those oranges and package them up with a cute printable for the kids.

What kid doesn’t like bubbles, right? Print out the adorable card and fix to dollar store bubbles for an inexpensive gift!
Coloring Page Bookmarks – Kleinworth & Co.
Free printable bookmarks that would pair perfectly with colored pencils for the budding artists.
Looking for a super quick Valentine’s idea with absolutely NO prep required? Our friends over at Sensible Portions sent us their Garden Veggie Chips in mini heart shapes and we couldn’t be more in love! They’re the yummiest gluten free snack with no artificial flavors or preservatives in cute little heart shapes. They’re sold in packs of 12 at Target, so two bags was plenty for my little one’s pre-K class! Easy-peasy Valentine for all the busy families.
