Technically it’s spring, but in Florida we basically just jumped right from winter to summer in one day. Humidity levels are through the roof and staying cool is 100% on our minds at all times. That is why today’s message is all about cool cocktails and cold, refreshing snacks for those hot, summer spring days.

Whether you’re planning on having a girl’s night or date night in (or even just a typical Saturday afternoon), you need to have refreshing snacks and beverages on hand. Sparkling juices and water have been my go-to’s lately and Izze Sparkling Juices do not disappoint. They’re made with 70% real fruit juice, a splash of sparkling water, no added sugar, and come in a variety of delicious flavors.
Sometimes though, after a long, hot day with the kids, you may require something a little “harder”. Cavit Rosé is the perfect spring and summer drink with it’s light, crisp flavor. I love an icy cold glass of this rosé with a light dinner like grilled salmon over an arugula salad. You can’t beat the price for this quality bottle of wine either.

My kids love going outside to play now that the evenings have more sunlight. Popsicles and ice cream are our favorite ways to cool down. I recently discovered My/Mo Mochi ice cream at my local grocery store. When I went to check out, even the cashier said she heard great things about this brand! There are eight different flavors available, but I went with the Ripe Strawberry flavor to start. My/Mo Mochi ice cream is sweet premium ice cream wrapped in a soft, pillowy rice dough. Find a retailer near you and be sure to take along this savings.

Some other fun treats to try are grilled peaches, fruit kabobs, and homemade milkshakes. One thing I look forward to trying soon is Frozé with my Cavit wine!
