The lovable characters from Sesame Street came to town over the weekend and we couldn’t have been more excited! My little ones are obsessed with Elmo and Abby Cadabby! On Friday evening we headed to the Mahaffey Theater in Downtown St. Petersburg to catch the adorable Sesame Street Live! show!
One of the reasons I love letting my kids watch Sesame Street is because of how educational it is. There’s always a learning experience involved within a captivating story line and song. The live show was no different! The letter of the day was C for community. The characters talked about how to preserve and love your community through different acts of kindness, all in a way the kids understood. They really engaged with the audience had the kids up clapping and dancing around!
One of our favorite parts of the Sesame Street Live! show was the huge snowball fight that broke out! There were large white snowballs flying around the theater! The kids had a blast tossing them around and catching them.
