Tampa Bay moms!! Sprouts Farmers Market is open and I’m telling you you’re going to love it! I had the privilege of taking a tour and oh my gosh it was heaven! The variety of fresh produce and natural & organic options were plentiful.

As a mom and the one in charge of grocery shopping and feeding our family I’ve grown more and more aware of labels and what I’m putting into our bellies. While your typical grocery store may have a small variety of gluten free and organic options it’s also very limiting. Sprouts carries a wide assortment of new, up and coming brands with options like sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and organic. Whatever your diet may require Sprouts can accommodate.
Based on the variety alone, Sprouts isn’t your typical grocer. Their main focus is their customer base and providing always fresh, never frozen products at a price that is actually lower than your normal grocery store. For example, I know in my area boneless chicken breast is at best $1.99/lb. I was shocked to see all-natural, farm-fresh chicken breast for $1.59/lb! Same goes for their produce. Sprouts will locally source their produce and/or bring products in from their own distribution centers which in the end saves money…and they’re dedicated to passing those savings on to the consumer.
Another selling point for me was Sprouts believes fresh produce is the heart of our diets and every meal and with that concept in mind you can find the produce section in the heart of the store. I happen to agree with the idea that fresh is best, but also being a very busy mom of 2 toddlers I know that quick, easy meals are the practical way to go. Simply adding a fresh vegetable or herb to any dish can completely turn the flavor around! Also with convenience in mind, Sprouts offers a killer salad bar, along with some really delicious pre-made, heat and eat meals.
So Tampa Bay moms…I’ll see you in the aisles of Sprouts! 😉

Love this! Wish there were more stores that made buying fresh food affordable. Eating well is an important part of self care, but unfortunately can be more expensive than cheap alternatives on the market. - www.momentsformeonline.com

I love love love Sprouts! I drive past 25 different grocery stores to get to my closest Sprouts simply because it's just that great. The produce is delicious and fresh, the price of meats is unbeatable, and I love that they have sales on organic and gluten free items . It definitely makes eating healthy so easy and affordable!

I hate the grocery stores where I live - NY. But I am in SW FL often and we dont have this yet down there. your photos are gorgous! I look forward to reading more.
