Cool off this summer with this tasty and refreshing dairy-free vanilla coconut cold brew coffee made with coconut milk and Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate.
Summer is in full swing with temperatures in the 90s + humidity here in Florida. My typical morning coffee gets switched out for something cold during these months. Since I recently started FWTFL I wanted to share a delicious dairy-free cold-brew coffee recipe using Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate.
Coffee is part of my morning and afternoon routine, not just because of the caffeine, but also because I just crave the flavor. While I love a delicious home-brewed cold-brew, I don’t always think ahead enough to prep it. Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate is readily available and made from the world’s best specialty grade, organic coffee beans. The taste is really smooth and low-acidic, making it the best choice for your favorite cold brew recipes.
Summer Vanilla Coconut Coffee with Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate
Chameleon Cold-Brew Concentrate is best prepared with 2 parts concentrate + 1 part other liquid (water or your choice milk). If you prefer it not be as strong you can do a 1:1 ratio as well.
For this recipe, I purchased all my ingredients at my local Publix (click here to find a store that carries this product). Chameleon is available in a 32 oz bottle in Black, Vanilla or Espresso located in the refrigerated section.
To prepare your cold brew: Fill a mason jar or cup with ice. Pour over Chameleon Cold-Brew Black flavor two-thirds of the way up. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and fill remainder with coconut milk.

This concentrate works well in your favorite protein smoothies too! I’m looking forward to testing it out in other recipes as well, so I’d love any suggestions you may have!
