I’ll be honest I don’t cook much from scratch anymore even though I prefer homemade and it actually doesn’t take very long. But when my kids want something usually they give me only 30-60 seconds to provide. ? This past Sunday though I was craving some homemade pancakes. We had some leftover berries from our blackberry picking trip to the farm and I decided to use our strawberry Kidzshake powder in them. My kids had already technically eaten breakfast at the crack of dawn so they ended up being brunch for me and the hubby and snacks for the kids.
Kidzshake is a plant-based nutritional powder designed to fill in the gaps from a picky eater’s diet. You can mix it in milk of your choice, make fruit & veggie smoothies, yogurt bowls, and our version of protein pancakes! It’s often hard to find healthy, nutritional kids products without all the sugar anymore so that’s what I really love about this product. Kidzshake comes in chocolate, vanilla, orange cream and strawberry flavors along with sprinkles!
Typically my husband doesn’t work Sundays but since it was a holiday weekend he was due in late morning. We used our time wisely so the kids could still see daddy. They sooo miss them when he’s gone (as do I).

This Kidzshake stuff sounds like something we need for our daughter. She is such a picky eater and I feel like she never gets enough protein. We will have to check it out.
