Hoover sent us their cordless ONEPWR™ Evolve Pet™ Cordless Vacuum to try out. At first glanced I loved the larger dirt cup and lightweight design, weighing in at under 9 lbs. There is also an adjustable brush with different settings to go from hard-surfaces to carpeting.
For the majority of our flooring the multi-surface setting works perfectly. The carpet setting is used for our thicker pile area rug in the playroom.
During my test, I charged up the ONEPWR™ Lithium-Ion battery completely to see how long it would last. I vacuum our main area floors every day (life with kids) and this one battery charge ran an entire week. Now that’s pretty impressive.
Hoover also generously sent the ONEPWR™ Dust Chaser™ Hand Vacuum. Perfect for my little helpers to clean up after themselves (think crumbs, scraps of paper, dirt tracked in from outside). The cordless hand vacuum weighs less than 3 lbs and battery is interchangeable with the cordless vacuum.
What I was probably most impressed with is the suction power. The hand vacuum also comes with multi-purpose tools for hard to reach areas and vacuuming pet hair on furniture.
