If you’re searching for a budget-friendly, Disney World Orlando hotel, check out the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando – Lake Buena Vista!
We travel to the Orlando-Disney World area often and sometimes like to make a weekend out of it. During our last trip to Disney Springs, we stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando – Lake Buena Vista. If you’re looking for a family and budget friendly hotel located close to the Disney Parks, I would recommend this hotel.
The Holiday Inn Resort Orlando is located approximately 1 mile from the Walt Disney World parks. Close by are the Orlando Premium Outlets and a large variety of other shopping and dining options. You can easily schedule a shuttle to any of the Orlando area attractions. This was the best value hotel for our trip to visit Disney Springs.
Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Ammenities
Right off the lobby (as seen above) is a cozy movie theater room where families can cuddle up and watch a classic Disney film. My kids loved the bean bag chairs and didn’t want to go back to the room! Connected to the hotel is an Applebee’s restaurant where Kids Eat Free (bonus: You can make Mickey waffles at the breakfast buffet).
Other fun entertainment options are the large outdoor pool and splash pad, along with Giant Jenga, Chess and Checkers.
The Room
We stayed in a 2 Queen Bed room with 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids 19 and under stay free with parents. Whenever we travel we like to bring along the kids’ travel cots and set them up beside our bed. (Related: Sleep Tips for Traveling with Toddlers) Our room was spacious, clean and included a small kitchenette area with Keurig, mini fridge and microwave.
