As a NJ native autumn has always been my favorite season. The weather starts getting cooler and the leaves begin changing. This is such a beautiful thing. Unfortunately now that we live in Florida we don’t get the same ambience, but we sure can fake it! We went on our annual trip to a local farm & pumpkin patch over the weekend and came home happy & sweaty. Ha! The kids went down for naps/quiet time and I relaxed with a cool shower and soothing Salted Caramel Latte.

For some reason my need for coffee always coincides with my kids need for a nap. Getting out to buy a coffeehouse latte isn’t always feasible so I learned to make them at home. The best part is that this latte is done in a few minutes and without specialty appliances.
